I started yoga at the very start of the quarantine as a means to stay fit, but thanks to Rebecca her yoga has also helped me to maintain my mental health and increase my focus; not to mention that it has greatly improved my flexibility
These are very testing times for all of us but eventually we will get through it. Your classes are a tremendous help in keeping us physically and emotionally fit and well.
